Kiera has been in the dental field for over 14 years with extra training and experience in Periodontal therapy. She looks forward to building relationships with each and every patient. In Kiera’s spare time, she enjoys making espresso, traveling, and spending time with her husband and precious daughter.

Karleen| Lead Dental Assistant

With over 8 years of experience as a dental assistant, Karleen plays an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient care for our patients. Fluent in three languages, she helps create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our practice. Originally from Atlanta, Karleen is passionate about dentistry and is on the path to becoming a dentist herself. When she's not assisting patients, she enjoys traveling and indulging in her love for shopping. Her dedication and bubbly personality makes her a key member of our team.

Susan | Patient Coordinator

Susan brings almost 20 years of experience in the dental field to OTM. Graduating from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, Susan is also an avid artist and sells her art pieces at shows throughout the year. We love having Susan and her creative energy as part of the team!

Rhonda comes to us with many years of experience in the dental field. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and is the reason our office plants are still alive.
